Will my necklace tarnish or fade?

Our jewelry is crafted to last. Every piece is waterproof, tarnish free and allergy safe, meaning you can wear it in the shower, the sea and the gym without worrying. Unlike most gold plated jewelry that fades within weeks, Ayla Gleam pieces are built to hold their color and shine through everyday wear. We are so confident in our quality that every piece comes with a 2 year warranty for complete peace of mind.

Can I wear my necklace in water?

Yes. Our necklaces are fully waterproof — shower, swim, sweat. The combination of surgical grade stainless steel and PVD-coated 18K gold plating means water won't lift or damage the plating. You can wear your necklace every day without taking it off.

How long will it take to receive my personalized necklace?

Your necklace is designed, handcrafted, then shipped in 4–8 days. From there, delivery takes 4–10 working days depending on your location.

How do I personalize my necklace?

Each product page shows exactly what can be personalized — name, initial, birthstone, or a combination. Enter your details directly on the product page before adding to cart. A character counter shows you how many characters are available for that specific piece.

What chain lengths are available?

Our choker-style necklaces come in a 14" length. All other necklaces come with a chain of up to 18" plus a 2" extender — so you can adjust the fit and wear it the way you want.

Is my necklace safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All our necklaces are made from surgical grade stainless steel — no lead, no copper, no brass, no harmful metals. If you've had reactions to cheaper jewelry in the past, it was likely caused by copper or brass oxidising against your skin. Our pieces don't contain either.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Every Ayla Gleam necklace comes with a 2-year repair-or-replace warranty. If your piece has a quality issue within that period, we'll fix it or send you a new one. We stand behind the quality — no hoops, no drama.

Can I add more charms to my necklace later?

We love this idea — and we're working on it. The ability to add charms to existing necklaces is coming soon.
