Star drop survived the whole holiday

Two weeks in Greece with these in the entire time, in and out of the sea every day. Salt water, pool, factor fifty and a lot of sweat. The four-point star is still bright and the pave along the hoop is completely clear with no cloudiness. I did not take them out once, not even to sleep. My last pair of huggies went patchy after a single beach day so this felt like a small miracle. They are still my daily earring three months later and look untouched.

Nickel-free claim actually holds up

I have the kind of ears that swell and weep from most costume jewelry within a day. These went in in April and have not come out since. Gold still warm after five months

I bought these in February and they have basically not left my ears. Daily showers, hair products, perfume sprayed straight over them, plenty of sweat. There is no darkening at the hinge and no grey cast where the hoop sits against my skin. The star drop is the same color as the hoop still, which never happens on plated pieces because the moving part always wears first. I held them next to a brand new pair my friend bought last week and they are identical. Nothing about them has aged.

hoop tighter than i pictured

It hugs quite closely, which I like, but if you have a thicker lobe be aware it sits very snug. Mine settled in fine after a day. Just not the loose little hoop the photos imply.
