mirror finish has not dulled
A flat polished chain shows every flaw, so this was the real test of the plating. Four months of daily wear and it still catches light in one clean sheet with no cloudy patches. The part that sits at the back of my neck, where sweat collects, is as bright as the front. I hold it up to the window regularly looking for the first sign of darkening and there is nothing. It looks like it was polished yesterday.

flat chain my skin ignores
Because this style sits so flush against the throat, I was certain it would irritate me the way every other necklace does. It has been on almost constantly since May with zero redness. Even on humid days when it is stuck to my skin, nothing itches or burns. There are no rough edges along the sides of the chain either, which I think is half the reason. herringbone that lives in water
