My reactive ears are completely calm

Star and chain lived in the pool

I swim outdoors most mornings and these have been in for every single session since March. Chlorine, sunscreen and a lot of showering afterward. The pave on the hoop is still completely clear and the star hanging off the chain has not spotted or dulled anywhere. Even the tiny links, which is where I always expect the finish to go first, look untouched. I never take them out, not for the water and not for bed. Linked hoops have kept their color

These went on in February and I genuinely cannot remember the last time they came out. Daily showers, perfume, dry shampoo, sweat from the gym, all of it. There is no darkening around the hinge and no grey shadow where the hoop presses on my lobe.
