Kind to a very fussy neck

Almost every necklace gives me an itchy welt along the chain line by lunchtime. I put this one on in April half expecting to return it the same day. Nothing happened, and nothing has happened in the three months since. I have slept in it, sweated through spin classes in it and showered in it daily with no redness at all. The stone sits flat and smooth so there is nothing scratching my collarbone either. Being able to wear a colored pendant every day without thinking about my skin is honestly the best part.

Turquoise stone swam all spring

I bought the turquoise one in March and it has been in water with me constantly ever since. Pool laps twice a week, two beach trips and a hot shower every night without fail. The stone still has the exact same depth of color, no chalky spots and nothing has crept in around the gold setting. I honestly expected water to get behind the stone and lift it, and it has not budged a millimeter. The chain came through just as well with no dull links anywhere. Pink stone, gold setting, no tarnish

I have owned a lot of plated pendants and they all eventually go dark right where the setting meets the chain. This one has been on daily since late February and there is not a shadow anywhere. The organic gold edging around the pink stone is still crisp and bright, including the little grooves. Perfume, sunscreen and a very sweaty commute have not changed the tone at all. My skin has not left any mark on it either. Four months of hard wear and it still looks like it just came out of the pouch.
