Isa Bracelet

My wrists are the most reactive part of my body and I have not worn a bracelet in years without ending up with a red itchy band underneath. It gets far worse in summer when sweat sits between the metal and my skin all day. This one is stainless steel with no nickel so I gave it a cautious try in March, planning to wear it for an afternoon. It has now been on almost continuously for four months, through workouts, showers, and ninety degree days, and my skin underneath is completely clear. There has not been a single itchy patch or bump the entire time. I have since bought a second one so I can wear two stacked without worrying.

I put this on in March and it has been on my wrist ever since, including in the shower every single morning. It has been through a week of ocean swimming in Hilton Head, several hot tub evenings, and more washing up than I want to think about. My wrist is also in and out of the sink constantly because I bake most weekends. The twisted grooves are where I expected water and soap to sit and eventually leave dark lines. There is nothing in them, no discoloration and no residue that a rinse does not fix. After four months of never once removing it, this bangle looks exactly like the photos that made me buy it.

The reason I finally stopped buying plated bracelets was that they never fade evenly, so you end up with one bright coil and one that has gone pinkish and cheap looking. This one has been on my wrist daily since late February and all three twists are still the identical warm tone. I have worn it through hand sanitizer at work about thirty times a day, perfume, lotion, and a lot of humid weather. The inside curve that sits against my skin is the same color as the outside, which has never once been true of anything else I have owned. I took a close up photo when it arrived and compared it last weekend under the same lamp and found no difference. For under forty dollars that is genuinely remarkable.

The three bands flow together like something made by hand and priced accordingly. It was under fifty dollars. I have bought two more as gifts on the strength of that alone.

I play three times a week and my wrist takes the worst of the sweat. This bangle has not spotted or dulled once since I got it. It goes straight from the court to dinner.

The design is gorgeous and the shine is exactly as pictured, so I wear it constantly. On my narrow wrist it does slide down further than I would like, though a small adjustment helped.
